I am thinking of getting this from ReplicaMake or another trusted dealer...

http://www.replicamake88.com/produc...-DE-CARTIER-SS-42MM-SWISS-ETA-2824-WHITE.html

It says in the product description that this version is now 1:1. I have read in other posts (using the search function) that in 2010, there were several factories making different versions of the same watch, some of which may be more accurate than others... Has this now been resolved and diluted to a one correct watch or do the different ultimate or best versions still exist.

The case diamensions from the US cartier website reads: 42.1mm diameter, 13mm thick whereas the case dimensions from Lay's site reads 42mm, 13.5mm thick. Is the 0.5 mm discernable?

Finally, have you seen many men wearing this? I tried searching for wrist shots/pictures online but could not find many...

Ok, so remember that I have small wrists and arms (6.75 wrists) I took pics with my gmtIIC for you to see the difference as the Rolex is big looking.

Thanks! That really puts things in perspective. When I buy, I'll probably buy the large. BTW, does anyone have any leads to a gen Cartier box?

Sunken datewheel issue is common to the Asian 7750 (hence then "new" Asian 7753s). Generally not a problem with the ETAs or clones.......
