I know that it's not very polite or elegant to make comparisons but, from my experience with 2 other TDs, Steve is way ahead.
1-Communication is fast and precise. Steve answered quite fast
2-The QC process was fast (i'm not to picky and the watch was fine) - if i was a TD and had a guy that was always bugging me...well, i wouldn't like it!
3-shipment made right after approval
4-watch in my hand 1 month later (aprox) - good packing.
5-Client happy, nice review... already flirting another machine.
