My first experience dealing with Lucy at TrueTime wasn't for a watch but I wanted to post a review here as the purchase experience was as smooth as any buyer could ask for!
Purchased a Chan bag that will be a present for the Mrs this Xmas. Lucy was such a great help, quick responses to emails and I totally relied on Lucy's QC experience as I'm by no means an expert on lady bags!! Cut a long story short - the bag has arrived, looks, feels and smells great. Thank you Lucy :thumbsup:

Which shipping method was used? I got a fedex smart post number last monday and it hasn't updated. Says the pick up point is chino California which is weird
