So my CF DD3285 Rolex GMT Master II 126710 BLNR with suffered a rotor screw failure, i.e. the rotor dropped out and was unable to self-wind. I opened it and confirmed my fear. I had read about this failure mode on other threads.
Anyway, since it was still within the 6-months warranty period, i tried my luck emailing their support on the issue. Puretime support responded that I should ship it back to them and they will get back to me.
Puretime updated me along the repair process, took them a while to respond but eventually, my watch was returned to me in working condition.
Thumbs up to Puretime for honoring their watch warranty.
