Horatech Terms & Conditions​

Fitting and Usage​

• All straps should be fitted using the specified RM tool.
• We are not responsible for any damage done to the watch, strap, or tools during the fitting process.
• Each strap is checked for fitment before shipping to ensure quality and compatibility.
• Buyer needs to do their own research in terms of length. We can only advice the size.

Shipping​

• All our products are shipped from our EU and CN stock with tracking.
• We do not supply a free strap in case of loss or damage during the shipping route.
• Although we do not offer free replacements, we will do everything in our power to ensure customer satisfaction if issues arise during shipping.

Returns and Exchanges​

• No returns are accepted.
• These straps are specifically listed for certain types of watches and manufacturers. Please ensure compatibility before purchase.

Payment and Sales​

• Horatech has full control over the selling process.
• If a payment isn't fulfilled within a reasonable time, the product will be returned for sale.
• All payments will be processed through PayPal Friends & Family or Wise.

With each Horatech strap, there will be a 6 month warranty included from the time purchased.
