Our ordering process, policies and other information can also be found on our site (and are largely similar to forum practices) but to be concise I have listed down the important details below.
Payment
We will be accepting credit cards/paypal (at our discretion), bank wire and western union.
After payment has been confirmed your orders will be checked and tested prior to shipping. QC pictures will also be provided on request, for rejections kindly respond to us within 48 hours, failing which we will assume approval and proceed to ship the order out to you.
Shipping
We use a flat rate shipping fee regardless of the number of items purchased.
Shipping costs will vary depending on country and the shipping rate will be automatically shown during the checkout process on our site.
Transit time for shipping typically takes between 5-8 business days excluding custom delays. For timeframes exceeding this you will be informed accordingly when we provide you with the tracking details for your package.
Due to the unique requirements of getting these products safely through customs into your hands, we will use either EMS, DHL, Aramex or alternative methods such as UK forwarding at our discretion depending on where the package is headed. Kindly note that although we will declare the packages accordingly to avoid the occasional taxes and duties charged by different countries, we will not be liable for these charges in the event that they are levied.
We will not be responsible in cases where there is a failed delivery due to recipent not being present. Most couriers will usually attempt a couple of deliveries and subsequently will also hold the package at a local facility for a limited time awaiting your pick up before returning it to sender. If a package remains unclaimed and is eventually returned back to us, we will only reship the package at your expense.
In the event of customs seizure, please reach out to us and we will reship your order or provide a full refund on your purchase.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty on all products. For repairs and servicing we will bear the cost of re-shipping the order to you, but we will not be liable for the cost of return shipping to us.
You have 14 days from delivery confirmation to tell us if there is a fault with your product. If we do not hear of any issues within this timeframe it is acknowledged that we have taken this to mean that you are satisfied with your purchase and there are zero issues to resolve.
These clocks are inherantly fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen from time to time despite our efforts in packing them as well as we can.
For such cases we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire clock.
Returns/Refunds
By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However we may consider such requests on an individual basis provided if the product can be returned in a similiar condition as they arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product may be charged.
