Tempus Machina vs Heritage HS01?

I am looking at purchasing one of these as a starting point for a custom franken build. Debating on which is the better starting point.

If you have experience with either or both of these, please share your thoughts.

I've had two of the 216A reps. Both were slightly different to each other (these reps appear to have come out of no-name factory(ies) and varied a bit). I still have one of them (I modded the first one with a plexi and sold it). The one I kept is a nice solid rep - I've never opened it up to check the movement, and bought it M2M with few details. I can take a look/take some pics if it helps.
