:: Hoping it's ok to post here and not if it need to be in the mods section, I didn't find any kind of information for this type of question there ::

I have a franken Panerai question. Can I take a A6497 out of a Luminor and swap it into a Radiomir case?

I have a 45mm Radiomir with an open casebook with a movement that doesn't have any Panerai branding. I was thinking of getting a Luminor with a close casebook and good looking movement (like an XF PAM 000) and put this movement into the open casebook Radiomir and the undecorated Radiomir into this one. Both watches are two-hand only models.

Or maybe just swap out the decorated plates? Or am I just OCD crazy? :)

I would need a watchmaker do it (which I would still need to find).

Given the resemblance of those two movements (can't really see completely), it might even be possible to swap that bridge alone without taking apart anything else.
