TD - WML Time / Mr Loong?

Hello - I've read quite a few posts/ sub-Reddit threads speaking highly of Mr Loong / WML Time. I am curious if he is a TD, and if so, why isn't he included on the TD threads of this website? I wanted to use him to upgrade my GMT II Batman bezel/crystal but want to ensure he's 100% legit.

All - many of this "sellers" Reddit threads and even his website seem to be removed/taken down. This seems very suspicious to me and I'm glad I posted this for a second set of eyes. I've had great experiences with the TDs posted on this website and my trust has only been reinforced.

A great reminder to stick to the TDs and not stray from the righteous rep path.
