Timeline below. Long story short, they sent the wrong model. QC pics weren't detailed enough for me to catch it. My question at this point is, what would be a good outcome for this situation considering everyone says never send a watch back to China?
12/26/22 | Placed order |
12/28/22 | QC pics received/approved. |
12/30/22 | Shipped |
1/14/23 | Received order. Emailed InTime immediately to notify that the wrong watch was sent. |
1/15/23 | InTime asked for pictures. Sent pictures. He then asked me to follow up after CNY holiday on 2/5. |
2/5/23 | Follow up email to InTime |
2/7/23 | 2nd follow up email to InTime |
2/8/23 | InTime responds saying that they need to discuss with the factory |
2/9/23 | InTime responds saying that they need to know what the issue is (I'm a little frustrated at this point) |
2/10/23 | Back and forth explaining that they sent me the wrong model watch. Provided model numbers, explained difference, provided images, etc. Way overboard imo |
2/12/23 | InTime offers to send me the dial of the model I ordered |
2/13/23 | I decline stating that I just want the watch I ordered as the dial is not the only difference |
2/14/23 | InTime offers to do exchange. I have to pay for shipping. Will take at least 2 more months and everything I have read says to not send back. |
