TD for heritage black bay shield?

unfortunately- ZF seems to have stopped making the Black Bay Shield- I have been talking to a couple of TDs for months. No availability and none seen coming on the horizon from Z factory.

Lesser factories seem to be available- but no ETA clones- only Miyota as far as i can tell.
