Taylor Made mini driver

I have given up on my driver. I hit a 3 wood off the tee pretty much exclusively now but am always 20 yards shorter than everyone even though I'm normaly the only one on the fairway.

This appears to be the perfect club for me but no one local has it to try. Have any of you guys given it a swing?

I did not. I think the bigger club heads are better for us amateurs as they are more forgiving.

i regularly hit my 3wood off the tee, (taylormade burner superfast) it really does fly and just about the only club in the bag I can consistently "shape" shots with.

i know I would much rather be 20yards short but on the fairway with a good chance of hitting the green in 2 than 20 yards long, in the rough with little to no chance of getting on in 2? Makes no sense???

seems to be another taylormade gimmic to make us part with our hard earned cash?
like they have invented something "new"...
