Tapered crown guard?

Hey folks. Just received my 000 h factory. I noticed the cg seems a little tapered with it being thinner against the case. I can't recall if my 111 noob was like that. Can anyone confirm if this is new or something?

edit:

i compared my crown guard with my brother's 111h with sead's crown guard.

as you can see, his crown guard is flat from one end to the other, while mine is thinner at the case and wider at the lever

can anybody comment on this? is this how the gen is?

should i source another crown guard or something? I don't recall my noob 111m looking like this before i sold it

Seems perfectly fine .....

Yes that's how its supposed to be. Only the automatic 1950 case style with reg. tm. on the CG are straight edged.

It's not tapered all the way through.

It's tapered at the edges to match the case profile.

Gen on top, H-factory middle, noob bottom
