I have seen gen Panerai straps and they are not the thickest out there. They are comfortable to wear and are lined and look great. I bought two straps from Taikonaut. One is a grey croc, which I like and wear frequently. Very comfortable and looks good wtih the Titanium on my 192. The other was ostrich, which is thicker and a bit too stiff compared to other similar straps. It also looks a bit cheaper than my other straps.
Taikonaut does a lot of business on ebay. Many of the straps from the Web site are listed for less on ebay. If I recall correctly (it has been a while since I ordered from them) the Web site discount that someone referred to pretty much brings the Web site price in line with the ebay price.
