Hey salleno, Goin is now putting a new movement in it. He's had it since the end of January. He tried to fix the original movement but couldn't, so now he's sourcing a new 7750 ( not easy because of the weird seconds at 3 and chrono minute at 9). Then he'll service it and send it back.
I am sooo done with this watch. I loved it but with all the frustration, I never want to see it again. Unfortunately, I've now got a lot of money invested in it but I don't mind taking a hit to get it out of my life. Funny though, with the servicing it'll be in better condition than ever and I don't want it. Ha!
It's the same as the one in your link that Angus charges $348 plus $25 shipping. I'll probably let it go for $320 plus PP fees and actual shipping cost.
I wanted one for so long and was so happy to finally find a dealer who actually had one, and then of this happened. Sniff sniff
