I paid via paypal, it took a week from the time i paid until get the tracking number and a month until i receive it hehe. Anyway its great !!

Just received update from CT, the following:

“Seems that WISE has blocked our account and we are working with WISE to refund all incoming transfers”

Not a good update, let’s hope to receive the money back. Did anyone had similar issues?

Why didn't you send them ETH? It's much quicker, they can receive it in 2 minutes. Plus, you get a 20% discount. But I hope they'll reply to you soon

wise had confirmed the payment about half hour later. So this was indeed fast. But those guys told me that their account was deactivated and now they are not even replying on my emails.

I’m sure they will there are probably a 100 people just like you who sent payment through Wise and got the same notification. I’m sure it’s extremely frustrating. Hang in there.

CT replied to me that they spoke with WISE to refund all the incoming payments etc. and WISE told them that they will do so. now I am waiting from WISE the refund, let’s hope to have the money back before 2024

WISE deactivate their account and CT finally requested the WISE to refund all incoming payments. Hope that is true and will have my money back….
