A few month ago, I decided to get into the world of reps and bought the TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre Heuer 01 43mm from a TD.
The movement was a "XF Custom modified Asia 1887 Caliber movement with fully functional chronograph".
The watch ran great at first, but got reliability issues after a few weeks. The rotor eventually got stuck and could not wind it anymore.
I was left with a watch that was only right twice a day :/

I contacted @Natas78 to hear if he could help me out. I had read good things about him on this forum and was impressed with his portfolio.
We also live around the same area, which allowed me to hand over the watch in person, rather than via parcels which could perhaps cause additional damage. We got in touch very quickly and I could give him my broken watch the day after.

At first, he tried to repair the watch by replacing the deco bridge and keep the rest as stock as possible.
It turned out this was not possible after all, and he asked if he should give an ETA 7750 replacement movement a try.
He wasn't sure if it would work, but we made the gamble and give it a try. Somehow, I felt more confident about his skills than he did :)
Fast-forward a few days and Natas78 send me some pictures of my watch with a perfectly working ETA7750 movement installed!
I am sure he can talk hours about the process, but I am just stunned with the end result!

Overview of the work being done:
Swiss ETA 7750 install
Rebuild date bridge
Replace hands

During repair, original movement (A1887) with repaired bridge and changed rotor.

But eventually, the watch got the ETA 7750 and a run on the timegrapher.
