Tag Chrono Problem

The Minute Hand chrono function on my tag link has not worked since i received the watch, bought from RWG forum member. It just sits while the other chronos work. How difficult is this to repair, or am I missing something to get it going

Did they mention that when you bought it?

Normally it is a 5 minutes fix. There is a wire that is not in its place. The wire is close to the balance wheel.
