Tag Carrera Automatic 39 mm - opinions before I buy please!

Hello!

I'm thinking about buying this watch - it's probably my favourite tag design, I have skinny wrists so it's good that it's smaller for me!

I'm a beginner at this, so I don't know the major tells - but I'd be really appreciative if anyone could tell me what they are on this watch! How would it stack up to the gen?

To be fair, there aren't any good reviews of this watch. Probably because as a relatively simple rep the price is on the higher side. Plus a used gen in good condition can be had at less than USD 1000.
