I've purchased about 3-4 other pieces from TT turnaround time from purchase to delivery about 4 weeks. Top notch products, SUPER responsive. Andrew is quite literally the best. Picked up a Prohunter Submariner from him a few months back.. that thing is my daily wear. takes a BEATING and keeps on going.

Update.
Both watches arrived before Christmas.

The NTTD Omega would stop ticking after a few hours. I emailed Andrew about it and he gave some suggestions. I ended up taking it to a local repair shop but they were not up for the task.

Sent the watch back to Andrew on 12/27. Watch has been sitting in a post office in China since 1/23. 4 delivery attempts made.. Addressee was never there to sign for package. CNY delay things further. Andre advised that things should pick back up 2/13. So here we are.. Months later... Still no watch. No clue when it will make it to watch Smith office for repair. Hopefully I get to see it again before April..?

I'm thinking if by the end of the week that package hasn't been picked up from the local post office in China... I'm going to chalk it up as a loss. I'm not sure if China post will send it back to me or just keep it there until it is discarded or someone picks it up. Anyone else have an issue like this before?

3/21.
Still zero updates on the status of my NTTD Omega. Package was received over a month ago. No pictures.. No emails.. No ballpark on when I will get the watch back. This is wild. Last piece I sent back for repair was there and back within a month. I don't know what the issue is with TT but I haven't gotten any real info besides a generic "we will update when possible". I sent that watch back for repair on 12/24 almost 3 months ago.... TT what's going on man? Am I going to get this watch back.... Or no?
