T19 Clark's tropic crystal

I've recently bought a new T19 tropic crystal from Clark's. It's really nice but it appears kind of weird if you look straight into the dial. It seems that the rounded edges magnify the silver steel of the inner ring of the watch. To me, it looks less gen so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has a diy fix without buying a new crystal. Sand the inner ring? Sand the crystal? Looking for any proven ideas. Thx!

Yes Clark's t19 magnify the rehaut. I replace it with a GS PA 462-66 crystal.

Clark's has two versions of t19s, do they both have this effect?

One is more dome than the other.

Same with mine T19, you have to change for gen or Bart's!

It's a special order for my 1675. This one and a blue with red stitch. But as I prefer 1675 on jubilee, I use these on my 6538 and 5513.
You should search Yuran straps on WUS.

hi fanatics,
today I installed a GS-PA462-20A from Ofrei on a actual 1680 Cartel Case. I can tell you that is far the best replacement Crystal for Tropic 19 superdome. the profile is worlds better than the sternkreuz and above all the rehaut is not enlarged or distorted like from Clarks at all! For 10 USD absolute recommendation !!!

From Sternkreuz and other suppliers, the shape and height eg is different.
