A Pic of the backside would help but as the lume plots are missing as well, I assume it's one of these aftermarket / repainted dials... They might be genuine as the base and coronet are genuine but as said, it's a repainted dial in the end...

I would ask for photos of the reverse, very enlarged photos to see the serigraphy, coronet....
for reference (although I am no expert), the Rolex 1601 datejust have the ‘ T SWISS T’.
