Found this right on the Panerai web site
I assume they mean 214, 200 and not 214.20.

SYLVESTER STALLONE’S PANERAI LUMINOR 5218-201A SELLS FOR $214,200 AT PHILLIPS

The Luminor worn by Stallone in 1996’s Daylight was estimated to sell for between $40,000 and $80.000.

After more then 4 minutes and 18 bids the watch was sold at the final price of $214.200

The Panerai 5218-201/a has been offered exactly as it was first worn by Mr. Stallone, along with its original mahogany box, two additional Panerai straps with sewn-in buckles, and its original brass screwdriver. It is further accompanied by a letter personally handwritten and signed by Mr. Stallone on his private stationary describing the watch, along with an original 1996 studio-issued lobby card from the “Daylight” film, also signed by Sly, with specific reference by him to this exact watch.

"I did a film called Daylight, and I wanted to wear a watch that no one had ever seen. I strapped this on my wrist that day and didn’t take it off until the end of filming... This watch is a star. "
—Sylvester Stallone

It seems that not long before that 6152 were sold cheaper ... Marketers are doing well. This is not Daytona Newman's, and not Heuer Monaco of McQueen, but the amounts are already getting pretty absurd.
