Switching movements in 005?

How difficult is it gonna be to switch out movements in a PAM 005. I'm using the same model 6497 that is in it. Is there a Tuturiol on this somewhere?
Also what other mods should I do while I have the watch apart? Relume? Crown guard? My repairs to date is changing batteries in some old Timex's.
If someone is up for the task, compensation would be available.

Fairly easy if you have steady hands and the right tools. Off hand, you'll need a sticky ball or caseback remover, screwdriver set, hands puller, some rodico, and some tweezers.

got all that ordered, except the sticky ball. I think I can make one of them. LOL.
