Swiss movement Vs Seiko movement for Ballon Blue V6F

Is there a massive difference between the two movements, or is there very little. Also, is this the best rep for the ballon blue?

Just buy the one with the Seiko movement. Seiko is a very reliable company, the watch has a closed caseback and the ETA costs more than double, so you can buy a 2nd watch for you.

It's a 33mm, which is very very small. Unless you're a woman then yes it's very accurate. However, if you're a guy, you should get the 36mm or the 42mm.

Even the 36mm ballon is very feminine keep in mind this is a thin watch.
