Swiss Eta2836-2

I just bought the franken watch with a Swiss eta2836-2 movement two days ago. The movement is said to be fresh. I wound it on first day and it was fine. I did not wore it since then. Took it out today.
The problem is that now the hand are not moving at all even after winding.

Advice needed.

So you can't move the hands even when setting the time?

Make sure that the crown is in time changing mode. I know it may sound funny but push the crown in again and pull it back out.

I have tried all sorts. Hands move when setting time but otherwise not.

If you don't want to open and have a go at it yourself, I guess you may have to send that watch off to someone on here who can help out.

Maybe a broken mainspring?

I have now sent it back to seller.
He will replace the movement for me.
