"Swirl" Marks on Panerai Bezel?

Hey guys, my 312 has a brushed case with a polished bezel and it's gotten a few light scuffs on it from wear, like swirl marks on a car. How do you get rid of them? Can you just use buffing compound? Do you need to remove the bezel from the watch?

it pretty normal for SS finished cases.. trying to remove it would only cause lighter swirl marks all around.. if u can live with those marks.. let it be until afew mths later&send it for polishing.. afaik, tts e best..

but, u can try looking around for Cape Cod cloths.. they're most reccomended for watches..but they do leave small light swirl marks, prob only visible under harsh light or sunlight..

Awesome. Turns out there's a local hardware store that sells Cape Cod Cloths for about $7 a pack, so I might give them a try.
