I finally had a chance to do this one. As I said before, I fell in love with this watch by owning the rep first. This was one of those pieces that I passed by at the AD over and over. I had no idea how cool it was until I got the rep. It really is elegant and understated, yet bold and substantial. Such a nice surprise. It took half the day just to clean the watch, but I think the overcast light today did a good job of capturing the essence of the piece. The colors in particular are very accurate for once. I was half kidding. It was a pain in the a%^ to do it as always. I just used soap and water and then two chamois. One When wet so no dust is left behind and then a final when dry. The real secret though is spending a lot of time clone stamping out the dust spots in Photoshop. Now that is really what takes half a day to do on ten pics or so. But when you are done the result is more than pleasing. You can make any watch look new if you are willing to spend the time on it. Hope that helped.

dont feel bad dexter, i was wondering the same thing. I was thinking WOW thats a GOOD looking rep... just look at the fit and finish!! The rep is good but wow that gen looks sweet. You sure take some nice pics!!!!!!

Great pictures! You captured the essentials of this watch in those shots, specially the lume shot (I wish mine had that kind of lume).

And by the way, I just love the Ulysse on your avatar. That particular dial and blue hands are astonishing.
