I only had this watch for 3 weeks when it suddenly just stopped working. I found 52degrees on here & after sending him an email he replied quickly.
He explained how the process would work & let me know I was in a queue & it would take a few weeks as he is quite busy with services just now. It turned out there was a problem with the crown which was only an extra £10 to fix with the service.
I was sent pics of my watch being taking apart & fixed & I was very happy with the service provided. I will happily send my other watches to 52degrees in the coming months.
