Acquired this beauty recently in the sales forum and thought I'd be happy with it just as is which was already pretty remarkable. But, of course the itch to improve it was too much. With so many new gen parts already installed from an outward aesthetic standpoint and so many gen movement parts installed, there was really only two things to essentially bring the "exterior" of the VSF base watch up to "gen-like" status. So, I added a gen bezel and insert and sourced a new gen 97200 Glidelock bracelet. Below is a list of the gen parts that went into this beauty. The only work done by me was the bezel/insert swap to gen which was surprisingly easy to accomplish. The biggest difference was the gen bracelet. I've owned several ARF/CLEAN Glidelocks and they were the best of the reps ones I've had but none of them were as smooth and comfortable on the wrist than the gen. It's NOTICEABLY more comfortable to wear and a welcome addition. Wish my photos could do this beauty justice! She's a stunner live.
