Hi all, would like to get some help or advise from experts here.
I had purchased 4 watches from a TD and found out few days later that 2 of them have faults.

Pam438:
When looking at the watch, it's very obvious the numeric numbers 10,11 were less visible.
i had examined closely and found the problem to be due to the "backing" underneath the dial.
A sandwich dial is done by a base plate "pressing" against the underneath of the dial to create a depth,
however, mine seems to be further apart at some part causing the "cut out" numeric to be less visible.

Pam448:
The made and quality is great, one of the best rep ever seen.
However, it's total piss off knowing that it's moving 10mins faster every hour!
Someone had mention the cause could be due to "magetised"

Should i resolve these faults with the TD or can a local watch smiths repair it ?
Btw, I am located in Singapore, any good recommendation for trusted repairman ?

Thanks
