Suggestions for a LADIES PAM?

Hi all,

My wife's bday is nearing, so I want to give her a PAM (and since we share watches, I'll be the secondary beneficiary! :laugh.

I was reading through ALE's guide and found a couple of 40-42mm that might work for her.

It will be my first decent rep, so I want to make sure is a really good one (even though I don't know if that's possible on anything smaller than 44mm).

This are the three options that I was able to identify (none are First or Super, though):

PAM393 - she likes rose gold
PAM049 - she likes white dial
PAM119 - she likes blue dial

I think that if in order to deliver a great quality rep, a 44mm is a must, I can definitely do it, since she likes big looking watches.

Anyways, just wanted to pick your brain a bit for recommendations or suggestions.

My wife loves her 337
It's a 42mm Radiomir and works good with a small wrist. But the dial just black

I can totally see her in that 337!! She's got a similar bracelet and all her jeans are ragged like that!!

Also, the Radiomir crown feels so unisex - can be either girly, casual, elegant.

This model is not on ALE's guide, so how's the overall build quality?

PAM 337 from KW-V6Fac released in January 2015 is maybe the nicest but it is not the most accurate.

PAM 049 from KW-V6Fac released in June 2015 is maybe the most accurate of them. It is not as perfect as its brothers PAM 113 and 114 but it is good enough

PAM 393 has two good versions:
KW-V6Fac released on January 2015 and fitted with decorated Seagull NON-inverted KP9000-Seagull V2
ZFac released on December 2015 and fitted with decorated A7750 NON-inverted and improved ZP9000-V2.5
These versions are not perfect but are better than reps of PAM 337. The finish is better in KW-V6Fac but ZFac has less flaws. IMO ZFac is a bit superior
I will publish the mini-review in PAM GUIDE about tomorrow.

I really love the sexy and refined look of the 337 and the boldness of the white dial of the 049. I even liked the combination with a pink leather strap!

One thing is that in the pictures the 393 looks more like gold than rose gold.

The description states gold "plating". As I understand it, plating is real gold plated into the SS and can wear down through time. Whereas PVD coating lasts longer, but no real gold is used?

Is this why you don't recommend it? Is the gold plating/coating in reps better than entry level swiss watches like Tissot, Mulco, etc?

Anyways, I think 393 is off the table because of this.

Any other PAM's (white or blue dial) worth considering?

The gold coating of rep PAM 393 should be the same red gold colour as gen.
The quality of the rep coating has to be really good either regular coating or PVD coating. In the same level as gens you are commenting. The main problem on reps is the inconsistency of the quality, you cannot assure the actual quality you will receive, and you could receive a bad unit.
Gen or rep coating will not last the same as solid red gold of the gen

Hmmmm... that's a bummer. Somehow I thought that super reps and such would have a more-than-decent rose gold coating worth going for it.
