Submariner Dial - Is this Gen???

Help me out guys. I bought this on the bay last week and I want your opinions on whether its Gen or not. Thanks

Rolex dials have very bright lumes. I have a gen Explorer 2 dial and it's really bright, brighter than the super lume jobs most lumers provide. If this has no lume, your probably looking at a non gen dial. Better still, what did you pay for it? Even used gen dials aren't cheap.

It stated to be a T<25 dial. If that is true, it may not glow no more.

I can't say it's gen or not but the t<25 tells you it's an older tritium dial. Lume's probably dead.

This dial would only be appropriate in a case with lug holes drilled I would imagine.

What is the daimeter of the dial? I have a gen tritium dial I can compare it too.

I have a gen sea dweller and it's a t25 dial, the lume is dead on mine as it's 14 years old. Could well be real.

+1 My Gen tritium dial on my FrSD was dead also. I had finedd relume it.

"T Swiss T"- Pre 2000 era. M's and A's in dial font are correct, the feet are set for the 3035/3135 gen. mvt. Tritium lume that age should be about dead. It's a gen. dial.
Nice score. Drill some lug holes or find a holed case and it'll look more convincing.
