Submariner Bezel GEN or REP

Hi folks

not sure about this bezel being Gen as stated, 2 reasons.. 1) the scallops to me seem a bit shallow/small (even JF sub bezel scallops are deeper) and #2 I always remembered the scallop cut outs being horizontal line reflection rather then being verticals like this bezel is...

although on a side note, I remember holding a gen yacht master and the scallop cut outs were vertical cuts as this bezel is. Did the newer 16610 subs get an updated bezel assemblys with newer style cuts as the new subs of today?

Thanks for confirmation! Any idea on the scallop cuts being vertial instead of horizontal? It's just that I've never seen them on 16610 subs before
