Hey Erveryone,

​​​​Bought a Rolex ​​​Submariner 114060 No Date Black Ceramic ZZF 904L 1:1 Best Edition on SS Bracelet VR3130 V3 at JTIME and a Rolex BOX.

Not very happy with the process until now. Communication through Whatsapp is good (Customer Servicer) but Sales is not the best responding and giving feedback.

- 27th October - Placed the order for the watch - to send it through UK to Austria
- 29th October - Paid the watch through TransferWise
- 1st November - Placed the order to the BOX - including extra to send the order through UK
- 3rd November - Paid the BOX
- 5th November - Received the QC photos
- 6th November - GL the watch
- 7th November - Received the notification that watch was sent
- (several emails exchange asking for tracking numbers)
- 13th November - can’t send the watch to Austria - and asked if fine from my side to send it through UK (which was the option I paid for from the very beginning)

So, still waiting for the developments. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Will keep you guys posted about my experience.

So the QC looked beautiful - but they are taking some time in regards to send out the watch.

I am just sharing some opinions in regards to the Saudi Arabia route. If this is confirmed, I hope we won’t use the same for the watch. ????????

Thanks a lot. Unfortunately it is taking more time than expected. Currently still waiting for both - Watch and Box. The box has a excuse as it got delayed by Customs. The watch unfortunately is taking longer because it takes time for people to send it. check below:
