Hi all. Due to my skinny wrists, I'm looking for a decent sub-40mm (and ideally sub 38mm) Omega. I've seen some dealers offer the 37.5mm Planet Ocean - does anyone have any experience of this watch? I know the 42/45mm versions are much more popular (and therefore perhaps better quality reps?) but I had the gen 42mm and it looked like a sundial on me!

There's the Aqua Terra too, but that seems to wear really large in photos. Rightly or wrongly, I think the 37.5mm PO looks significantly smaller on the wrist, but I'm happy to hear opinions. This is going to be my daily beater, but I have no real preference over which model I get - I think the PO, Aqua Terra and Speedy are all great looking watches. Thanks in advance.

The above and Prof's 2AR xtal.
V6F xtal isn't as clear as Noob's and certainly not as good as Omega's.

Cycling through PT's images. Lume looks weak too. Opt for a relume by Strodda.

Or both 2AR and lume together by Vac/ Domi.

Hi, I just did a quick wristshot for you: as I have a 16cm wrist (about 6.3 inch) I know your problem, but I am really happy with my 42mm Aqua Terra! Maybe it would be a good choice for you also...

Midsize Seamaster Pro 36mm is a reasonable pre-owned buy as well. Quartz not the Ceramic ones with coaxial.

Seen some sub-40mm quartz Aqua Terra's too for 1200 or so.

Sub 40mm reps are hard to come by... but I think the trend toward wall clocks is turning toward more classic sizes
