stupid caseback ?

What's the difference between a 112J and a 111J caseback?

Just wondering bc I'm converting a 219 into a 112 but need a 112 caseback.

Any help here?

Production run of 111Js = 3500

production run of 112Js = 2500

So looks like you got an issue........if it matters that much.

I wouldn't sweat it, COLDI. Anyone who knows that they didn't make 3500 112s will know the watch ain't kosher if they look at the back, anyway.

yep i agree it is not that important.

So for a 112 we will need:

219 case, mvt, crown and dial
Clip the dial feet, and turn the dial 180 degrees and use dial dots
005k cg
Space the crown from the case


Anything else?

You got to check if the lug screws are drilled the opposite side or not.
