I placed an order for a Chanel J12 on 1/25/2024 with PureTime though the TD info. I received email confirmation. Time passed and I followed up with an email back to PureTime. I received an email on 3/2/2024 and was told it was out of stock. They asked if I could choose another. I also received another email on the same day that said it was now available. Finally it was now determined after over a month that it is NOT available. I chose a Cartier Santos and paid the $21 difference on 3/17/2024. I inquired on 4/15/2024 and was told QC pics should come in 1 week. In the mean time I contacted Marvellous replica about the Chanel j12. They sent me an email and asked to transfer to WhatsApp. In the WhatsApp conversation they sent a link to the PureTime page of the Chanel watch! This is all very disconcerting. All contacts came through TD info links. I’m still waiting for a reply from PureTime For an explanation of the watch being available or not.

Oof, what a palaver! It could be worse though; you could have chosen Lucy as your TD and you would have to wait till 2026 for QC pics.

There iy sometimes a little dissaray in our hobby and I can imagine waiting without knowing whats the fact is dissapointing but the good thing is that you ordered from a TD what means you will either get your watch or your money back. Wish you a fast solution.

Reaching out is not a bad idea except, in this case, the best we can offer is a little advice to stay in in contact with your TD, without spamming them constantly for updates. Remember, even after you get, and green light, your QC pics, shipping will also seem painfully slow to the uninitiated.
Buying reps from overseas is not for the impatient. In the future, for prompt delivery, consider member-to-member (aka M2M) sales originating in your country.

Exactly this. Loads of TDs don't run their own websites so they just piggyback on the 'bigger' TDs that do. And likewise, my favoured TD doesn't have a website so I always email her a Puretime link when I'm ordering.It is possible that Marv sent you the link for you to confirm the watch and the model, as I don’t think he has a website

Experience of many many people and ample years have proven that listed TD here are much more trustworthy than a random Instagram account or a WhatsApp found on Reddit

No. I’m wanting the 35 size based on a Reddit review that I saw. My wrist is exactly the same size and I like the look. But thanks for the follow up. I’m feeling better with some communication. I would also accept the white Chanel from the original order if you have that back in stock. Or the same Chanel in black.
