Hi all- I have searched but cannot seem to find any tutorial about how/what to remove on a 775x to allow swap out for a compatible Pam- I am sure it is a Herculean task fraught with pitfalls that would lead me to pulling out what little is left of my hair.

Obviously there are plenty of videos about disassembling /servicing a 775x but something more specific would eliminate a lot of critical mistakes.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

"Bruhhhhh" same

I have been pulling my hair out trying decide what to do for my zf392 with broken down 7750.

If there's a guide somewhere it must be hidden in a dark and damp corner of the internet.

Tearing down the movement and removing the pinions seems straight forward, obviously, reassembly is not.

And I don't think an ETA 7750 guide will 100% cover working on an A7750 anyway.

I have debated doing some kind of reverse engineering with the broken down movement and new a7750 side by side. But christ who has the time?

A spoonfed direct guide would be very valuable.

Considering how prevalent these are in the older PAM reps- It is curious why there is not anything on it- unless it is a black hole that no one ever wants to get sucked into.

If anyone even knew if it was a straight swap with a ST2555 (which I think the hand sizes are all wrong) - that would be a huge win. If the movement and stem height were the same on the ST2555 I would be open to swapping hands just to get some of my old loveable PAMs out of the drawer.

Would love to know, otherwise we are limited to buying a 7750 model TTF pam and stealing the movement.
. It's not really cost effective.
