Stripped crown

Can anyone tell me from experience wether I need the crown and tube for my superocean 44, as it won’t stay tightened up, obviously stripped thread, it’s a GF, also what size crown and tube do I need to buy?...cheers

Have you considered asking Trustytime watch parts?
If you can tell him exactly which rep you have, he might be able to help?

Stripped crown threads on reps have been my pet hate for the best part of 10 years! Why can't they use better materials?!! Grrrrr

man I’ve stripped out so many... my seamaster is stripped. It’s the only rep I have that isn’t breitling and I LOVE it, but the crown doesn’t screw in... ruins it for me
