Strap Size Advice for PAM312

Waiting for the arrival of my first PAM. A 312. I know it comes with 24/22mm straps but i’ve seen so many photos of 24mm all the way around. Given that it takes forever to get a hold of straps overseas, what is the best looking size for this classic pam? I am 50/50 split on both. I looked at ZicZac croc straps from vietnam, that i think i like.

advice is greatly appreciated!

also im guessinf the buckle can be easily removed from the strap the watch arrives in and installed on the aftermarket, right? I will look at those brands now.

If you're sticking with the buckle that will come with the watch then your strap choices will be limited to 24/22 as the buckle is 22mm. If you're thinking of 24/24 straps then I suggest you buy a aftermarket PAM buckle. Lots of those on Ali, DHgate, and even on M2M here.

Just take it one step at a time.

what size do you like? 22/24 or 24/24. And this is also a good time to order a longer size if you want a tail or have a bigger wrist. And if you want 24/24 you’ll need a buckle or a strap with a buckle.

what material do you want! A simple leather or an exotic leather (crock or shark)?

what color do you want?

now is the time to do it right. And a lot of strap makers are having sales right now. Corrigia, ST Straps, Mays Berlin just to name a few that are running sales at the moment.

Good point. Leaning towards 24/22 so i can keep the original buckle. Narrowed down to only croc, ostrich, or snake for the premium look. ST straps look good, will check Mays Berlin.

but i can’t find anyone who can beat ZicZac leather. You guys buy from him yet? He has nice crocs.

And make sure you order long enough. 10mm too long won’t make that big of a deal but 10mm too short could make it a waste of effort and money.

I have two Kain Heritage straps, among others, for mine. One is the limited brown croc, and another is a distressed black. Prices are reasonable. I'll try to take a pic [h=3][/h]
