Hey guys... I have a buddy with a Pam Daylight Chrono with strap quick release buttons. Watch is awesome and works perfectly but it seems that one of the quick release buttons is stuck in which can cause the bar to come out and the potential for the watch to fall of his wrist... is there a fix for this, a known issue or can any Pam guys offer me any advice?

Thank you in advance.

Quick release buckles can be spring loaded. Sounds like a spring broke or came out of position. I'm not sure about fixing it, if the springs are inside you may not be able to get to them. Something else could be wrong as well.

That's probably it... and I didn't think it was able to be fixed... so is this watch just a throw away now?

Aside from fixing the quick release is it possible to use some type of screw in strap bar? ...sorry guys I don't know isht about panerai so I'm sure i'm not even using the correct terminology.

Are we talking about a gen Daylight here JC? Either way, I'm not too sure how can this be fixed. As far as screw in bar go you can always drill the lugs like the pre-v models and have them threaded but that's pure PITA to do. Ziggy can do it for out but let that be your last option. Once you go there ain't no coming back. Has your friend thought about sending it back to the dealer?

Not gen QQ... I was attempting to avoid him sending this watch back to China. This is sucky.

I would think spring bars would work... Although I haven't seen one of these in person yet.

hey man i have had the same prob. i fixed it by popping out the quick release from the inside where the bar go's. just be very careful because there are 3 little parts and a micro spring it kinda looks like a mini plunger...lol all you have to do is when you get them out just put it back the right way ass a bit of lube on the spring and it should work fine..
