Strap differences

Can any of the experts pls help me figure out what the main differences are between straps that are used with deployant vs tang buckles.

Trying to find a new strap for a 288 and wondering if they are interchangeable at all.

In short the cut out will be bigger to fit the deployant buckle. also the strap will taper in thickness towards the end of one side to fit the deployant structure. Tang buckles are usually uniform in thickness throughout.
