Strap compraison Gen vs Rep Black leather and Asso

Hi all,
Here is a little and quick pics comparison of a black leather strap ( 26/22 rep vs gen) and ( 24/22 Asso strap rep vs gen).
I will not make a lot of comments, just some pictures.

First the black leather strap
The Gen is in the watch.

In my opinion The quality of the leather of the Rep Strap appear very cheap.


Now the Asso strap :
The gen is on the Pam 111 on the left.
The rep (from noob pam 111 v3) is on the right in the Pam 390.

In my opinion the Rep asso strap is really well done, off course gen is better but the Rep is good.
The largest difference is that the gen is really more comfortable.

Thanks for sharing. A rep vs gen comparison was already done on the Asso but this is the first time that I have seen one on the black calf. It seems the rep one has a shiny surface whereas the gen has a matte one. However, this may be affected by length of use. The stitching on the gen is also better and the groove around the strap is consistent and more pronounced on the gen. Can you take pictures of the underside and the holes of the black calf? There might be other differences that can be seen.
