Stock brown Straps for PAM111n

hi

got my QC pics! Hurray! But the strap i wanted it on (rubber) isnt in stock boo!

How is the tan calf strap as this is all that is available unless I wait 3 days... anybody had one?

I already have a rubber strap so guess can swap it around if i want plus i have some aftermarkets on there way.... too eager for my first new rep! :lol:

Compared to how long you've waited already, I don't think 3 more days is long to wait to get exactly what you want.

If you do keep the leather, you could probably sell it on these forums if you don't like it. I've heard people say that the leather strap is standard fare for reps - low quality, which I would guess means the same quality you'd get on a sub-$100 watch. It's not great, but it's better than something at the dollar store.

I found it to be not that comfortable. Odds are you will replace it soon. but that's just my 2 cents

Tats - that looks like the same strap... Is it not soft? Do you think you could dye it? Or not worth it... Ahhh decisions!

I has a bit of a sheen on it so I don't think it would take well to dyeing. Compared to my new strap it is like 200% stiffer, but I've always been into softer straps.

I'm looking into selling it and I think it's worth about $20 if that gives you any idea of its relative quality.

Np - the rubber is MUCH better IMO

Get the rubber, its very close to gen and easier to resell if not needed.

Do what I did. I got the light brown, black, and rubber with my 111N. He also included the asso strap free but that was during pre-order only.
