You can try contacting Asia based strapmakers like the ones from Vietnam. The only difficulty for any competent leather worker is how to get exotic skins, so if they can get stingray hides they can probably make a nice stingray strap. I haven't seen one yet from them though, so YMMV.

Thank you for the link! However, I find it difficult to navigate. It seems the site isn't properly configured because it stays in Russian even if I click on the ENG button. I guess you could use Google translate but it's a missed opportunity IMHO.

Tried that link for a Stingray Strap and its listed for $7,500 which i think is a little excessive.
