Still Waiting for my order

It's my first post on this forum

I placed an order on the Sept 20th, and at this date i don't have received anything.

Tony say to me that he sent it on Oct 07th, but infortunatly i have no more news from Tony.

I'm in France,

I don't now what is usually the delivery Time ?

If someone can inform me,

I made an order not with Tony but another TD and it took just about one week from China to my home in the EU. Presumably you have tracking/shipping details so that you can see the status?

If its any consolation, I ordered and paid for a strap from another TD, a month ago and I am still waiting, which I find incredible. The clock is definitely ticking on this one.....

it is a long time , but I think we should send out your parcel , may you got it . France is a little special ,we only can use the triangle shipping and Hongkong airmail to post . the shipping cost in our website is for Hongkong airmail . but there is a political movement in HK , so HK customs was very strict , we can not send the parcel to HK , like UPS ,DHL ,Fedex , also stop , we have to wait until 18th Oct and send out the parcel .
if you still do not get the parcel , you can send me the PM or send the order information to my email to check it .
