Hi all,

I just placed my first order with Steve (TheOneWatches). Since they have a website I thought why not try it out. After choosing my desired products I went ahead and completed the order. As payment method I chose credit card.

Two days after ordering, I still didn‘t get any order confirmation and I realized that my cc had not been charged. I was pretty positive, my bank declined the payment. So I reached out to Steve via whatsapp and was pleasantly surprised by how quick he responded.

Turns out, not only was the payment declined, but also Steve wasn‘t able to contact me, because my e-mail preferences blocked him. So it was my fault to begin with. He then very kindly lead me through the process of getting the order back on track and was completely transparent about the extended delivery time of one of the items. He took care of everything and in the end my order was placed correctly so I can now happily wait for my two newest pieces to arrive.

This is why I can only recommend doing business with Steve. His patience and customer orientation are unprecedented!

I had exactly the same problem. It was remarkable that the dollar amount for the watch was debited in CNY, costing me $40 more than the current price for which I purchased it. I'm going to ask Steve some questions about that because that is of course not correct.
