Stem broke while trying to adjust date wheel misalignment. Am I screwed? Is there any way to salvage the watch?

I be feelin' like there should be a lot more info in this post for anyone to help you out. Do you have a photo of the problem? Which watch is it?

Not entirely sure but this could be a 2836 movement. Also can't really make out in your pics on my current device if the stem broke or if it's just an extension that came off.

Either way, this can be fixed or a new stem can be obtained and installed by a watchmaker.
