No affiliation, so do you due diligence. Looks interesting stated 1972 1675 case with crystal. Maybe someone wants it for a build. It’s 1850 us.

They have been selling a few of these recently, almost always 1675, rarely anything else - FG are legit but I must admit; this does seem a bit odd.

Maybe it is the same case each time and the sale falls through? Or maybe there is some damage that can't be seen and it keeps being returned, hence the very good price?

I was thinking the same- maybe repaired damage- ect they still want 1800 for a back

You figure 1850 case 1800 back 3000 for a gen correct movement 900 for a band and end links.
So 7k and you need a dial, hands crown and assembly, maybe a crystal, not as steep as I thought, I would have guessed 5-6k for a case alone. I think a Vietnam case is 900.

I'm sure they had a 1675 case that had half the serial scratched off a few months ago.

Yeah, that rings a bell and maybe one that had a very overpolished lug(s)... So perhaps they did/do have a few of them? Where are the well-priced Sub cases when you want one?
